Arizona Quest for Kids at the AKPSI Convention

The Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity chose Arizona Quest for Kids as their designated charity over this past year, contributing school supplies that have been flowing in over the last several months. Not only were our seniors able to head off to college with school supplies for the coming year, but our high schoolers also gathered to divide and distribute 28 full boxes of supplies filled with paper, crayons, pens, notebooks, games, pennants, and more. We were also able to give games, arts and crafts supplies, and teaching materials to our school sites.
On July 30, 2011, AKPSI held their International Convention at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa. Arizona Quest for Kids was honored to be invited to speak and present the organization, as well as accept more donations that were brought by the 850 attendees.
The event was a success and a great opportunity to thank the AKPSI organization in person. We are truly grateful for all that AKPSI has donated to AQFK this past year!
