Donation Program to Benefit selected schools and Arizona Quest for Kids!
Arizona Quest for Kids (AQFK) is partnering with a private company to recycle donated items such as clothing, shoes, bedding and books. Currently, there are AQFK donation boxes located at multiple locations throughout the Valley, including one now located at selected schools.
Bring you donations of gently used clothing, shoes, bedding and books to donation box located on our campus and you will not only be helping Arizona Quest for Kids continue its program at selected schools, but you will helping our school in its fundraising efforts as well. A generous portion of the proceeds from the resale of these donated items will benefit AQFK and selected schools.
Founded in 1998, Arizona Quest for Kids was established to help improve Arizona’s poor graduation rate, while affording economically - disadvantaged students the opportunity to attend college. Enrolled in the fifth grade, AQFK students are paired with a caring adult mentor who supports their academic and personal development through high school graduation. Students who meet all program requirements and graduate from high school receive individualized support to access a wide variety of scholarship and financial aid opportunities for college. Currently, there are more than 300 AQFK students at 22 school and community sites in greater Phoenix and Tucson.
